05

It's the second day of orientation. Nic drove Siaw Lin and I. We lft at around 0905 and we reached there around 0930. Today is not as boring as yesterday. The orientation started at 1000. They started it with some talk on the security stuff, career sense and something on the psychological clinic. It's quite interesting and after the talks, we were divided into 8 groups lead by a mentor. My group consist of 7 new students(Stephanie, Mechelle, Be Geik, Jasmine, Phooi Kee, Alicia and I) and 2 mentors(Ian and Pei Li).

The first thing our mentor did with us was bringing us for lunch at Seri Maju. The food there is quite expensive and it doesn't taste very nice. I ordered a set lunch(Chicken chop, iced coffee, soup and some coleslaw ad fries). It's tasteless. The chicken chop doesn't have any sauce and the meat is hard(rough). I'm not gonna order western food from there anymore.

After lunch, we went back to the Block E and started our game. A crime scene was invented and we got to figure out the clues and who the killer is. So in other to get a clue, we need to complete some task and the winner for each task will be given 3 chances to ask for clues. Overall we completed 5 task but my group only won for 2 of the task. It's not much, but we really do enjoy it. after the 5 task was completed, we gathered at the 4th floor. Each group need to send a presenter out to present our ideas on who's the killer. Stephanie presented our group.
and after the 8 groups have done with it, the president of Bpsych Student Council(the "victim") revealed the answer to us and announced the group that win the most in the 5 task. Group 5 and 7. Nic is in group 5. Congrats to them.

Actually the president is not dead. he's just sleeping. What he had experienced is called narcolepsy (about him having this disorder is not true, He just acted it out in order to create the scene and make us look for the answer). Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological disorder, affecting the part of the brain that regulates when to be asleep and when to be awake. Narcoleptics can fall asleep while working, cooking, or even driving.
the orientation finished around 1600 and we went back after that Our class gonna commence next Monday. Hope I can cope with it. Good luck to me. That's all for today.
